Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel has a beautiful pool area and easy access to the beach, which made my stay quite enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, but they could definitely use some updates, as maintenance seems lacking. Dining was underwhelming with a limited breakfast selection, and the parking situation was inconvenient. Overall, it's a decent place, but it has its drawbacks.
Our stay was overshadowed by several issues despite the appealing location. The rooms were outdated and in need of maintenance, lacking basic cleanliness. Service varied, with some staff very helpful, but others seemed disinterested. Dining was quite disappointing, falling short of expectations with limited options. Overall, while the beach access was great, I left feeling that the experience didn’t match the price I paid.
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is quite far from the front desk, and there was ongoing construction that I wasn't informed about, making my stay uncomfortable. The rooms were decent but had a persistent musty smell. Unfortunately, the dining options were very limited, and the service was lacking, especially during breakfast. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.
Our Christmas trip to the resort was overall enjoyable, especially with the spacious three-bedroom suite and the beautiful views. However, the resort seems to need some upgrades as certain appliances in our suite were either noisy or non-functional. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests, which made our stay pleasant despite the few drawbacks.
The Peninsula Resort & Spa exceeded my expectations with friendly and attentive staff, a delightful spa experience, and a well-kept pool area ideal for relaxation. The dining options, especially the tacos, were outstanding, but I did notice some minor issues like a messy breakfast setup. While the parking situation can be a hassle, the overall value for a family getaway is impressive, especially with the amenities offered.
